Brief description of MAHAA-WHO-CSO Program Mission

To strengthen dialogue, foster collaboration and provide recommendations to support WHO on its engagement with civil society at global, regional, and national levels to achieve health for all and the objectives of the WHO General Program of Work as well as to accelerate attainment of health-related SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals).

Vision and Goal

The goal of the Civil Society Commission is, taking into consideration the civil society’s voices available to WHO, to support WHO’s efforts towards improving engagement between WHO and civil society at global, regional, and national levels, rendering it more systematic with the aim of advancing WHO’s work and public health outcomes to all citizens including the marginalized communities. Integration with MAHAA MAHAA has been registered in WHO-CSO Commission in New York and are engaging potential partners from local and regional in marginalized communities in Myanmar.

Please provide following information with us.

Your participation with MAHAA as regional/local partner and to get support from WHO. Your organization will not be under control by MAHAA, but to include your organization name and some of your brief activities as potential partners in our record. MAHAA will process content records in accordance with the WHO-CSO work plan and in accordance with the Humanitarian Association Registration Rules NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) is required to be signed by both parties for information security and signed in advance between the relevant associations We will formalize memorandum of understanding in accordance with WHO-CSO work plan in later stage.

MAHAA-WHO-CSO အစီအစဉ်၏ အကျဉ်းချုပ် ဖော်ပြချက်–

WHO-CSO အဖွဲ့အစည်း၏ အဓိကရည်ရွယ်ချက် လိုအပ်ချက်များနှင့်အကြံပြုချက်များတင်ပြ မှုပိုမိုအားကောင်းလာစေရန်၊ ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှုများမြှင့်တင်ရန်နှင့် WHO ၏ မျှတသောလူထုကျန်းမာရေးနှင့်အထွေထွေ လုပ်ငန်းအစီအစဉ် ရည်မှန်းချက်များ အောင်မြင်ရန် ကမ္ဘာ့၊ ဒေသဆိုင်ရာနှင့် နိုင်ငံအဆင့်တွင် အရပ်ဘက်လူ့အဖွဲ့အစည်းများနှင့် ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှုဖြင့် WHO မှ ပံ့ပိုးကူညီရန် အကြံပြုချက်များ ပံ့ပိုးပေးရန်၊ ကျန်းမာရေး ဆိုင်အရာထွေထွေနှင့် SDGs (စဉ်ဆက်မပြတ် ဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်ရေး နှင့် သက်ဆိုင်သည့် ပန်းတိုင်များ) ဆက်နွယ်ဆောင်ရွက်မှုများ မြန်ဆန် သက်ရောက်လာ စေရန်။

အရပ်ဘက်လူ့အဖွဲ့အစည်းကော်မရှင်၏ ရည်မှန်းချက်မှာ WHO အတွက် ရရှိနိုင်သော အရပ်ဘက်လူ့အဖွဲ့အစည်းများ၏ အကြံပြုချက်များကို ထည့်သွင်းစဉ်းစားကာ WHO နှင့် အရပ်ဘက်လူ့အဖွဲ့အစည်းများအကြား ကမ္ဘာလုံးဆိုင်ရာ၊ ဒေသဆိုင်ရာနှင့် နိုင်ငံအဆင့်တွင် ထိတွေ့ဆက်ဆံပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှု ပိုမိုကောင်းမွန်လာစေရန်၊ WHO ၏ ကြိုးပမ်းအားထုတ်မှုများကို ပံ့ပိုးပေးကာ WHO ၏ အလုပ်နှင့် ပြည်သူ့ကျန်းမာရေးရလဒ်များ လူမှုအခွင့်အရေးဆုံးရှုံးနေသူများ အပါအဝင် ပြည်သူအားလုံးအတွက် ပိုမိုစနစ်တကျ တိုးတက်လာစေ ရန် ရည်ရွယ်ချက်ဖြင့် လုပ်ဆောင်ခြင်းဖြစ်သည်။ MAHAA နှင့် ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း MAHAA သည် New York ရှိ WHO CSO ကော်မရှင်တွင် မှတ်ပုံတင်ထားပြီး မြန်မာနိုင်ငံရှိ လူမှု အဖွဲ့အစည်း များတွင် ပြည်တွင်း ဒေသများမှ အလားအလာရှိသော မိတ်ဖက်များ နှင့် ဆက်နွယ် ပူးပေါင်း ဆွေးနွေးနေပါသည်။

MAHAA၏ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှုတွင် သင်၏ပါဝင်မှုသည် မြန်မာပြည် ဒေသတွင်းမိတ်ဖက်အနေနှင့် WHO မှ ပံ့ပိုး ကူညီမှု ရယူရန်ဖြစ်သည်။ သင့်အဖွဲ့အစည်းသည် MAHAA ၏ ထိန်းချုပ်မှုအောက်တွင်ရှိမည်မဟုတ်ပါ။ သင့်အဖွဲ့အစည်းအမည် နှင့် သင့်လုပ်ငန်းအကျဉ်းချုပ်အချို့ကို အလားအလာရှိသော အဖွဲ့အစည်းများအဖြစ်မှတ်တမ်းပြုထားရန်သာဖြစ်ပါသည်။ MAHAA သည် WHO-CSO လုပ်ငန်းစီမံချက်နှင့်အညီ အကြောင်းအရာမှတ်တမ်းများ ကို Humanitarian Association မှတ်ပုံတင်စည်းမျဥ်းအရ တရားဝင်လုပ်ဆောင်ပါမည်။ NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) သတင်းလုံခြုံရေး အတွက် နှစ်ဘက်သဘောတူ လက်မှတ်ရေးထိုးရန်နှင့် သက်ဆိုင် ရာ အသင်းအဖွဲများကြား ကြိုတင်လက်မှတ်ရေးထိုးရန် လိုအပ်ပါသည်။ နောက်ပိုင်းအဆင့်တွင် WHO-CSO လုပ်ငန်းအစီအစဉ်အရ နားလည်မှုစာချွန်လွှာကို တရားဝင်လုပ်ပါမည်။
